Ståle Einarsen, Norvège

Biographie Ståle Einarsen est professeur de psychologie des organisations et du travail à l’Université de Bergen, en Norvège, et directeur du groupe de recherche sur l’intimidation de Bergen. Psychologue clinicien agréé, il détient un doctorat en psychologie des organisations de l’Université de Bergen et est un pionnier de la recherche sur l’intimidation au travail. Il a publié de nombreux articles dans le domaine de la psychologie des organisations, particulièrement sur des sujets liés au leadership, à la créativité et à l’information, à l’environnement psychosocial du travail et à l’intimidation en milieu de travail. Il a codirigé Bullying and emotional abuse in the workplace, publié par Taylor and Francis en 2003 et Bullying in the workplace: Recent trends in research and practice, publié par Psychology Press en 2001. Les résultats de ses recherches ont paru dans des revues telles que Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Work and Stress, Violence and Victims, European Journal of Work and Organisational Psychology, Aggressive Behavior et Journal of Manpower.

Biography Ståle Einarsen is Professor of Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Bergen, Norway, and Director for the Bergen Bullying Research Group. He is a licensed clinical psychologist with a PhD in organisational psychology from the University of Bergen and a pioneer in research on bullying at work. He has published extensively in the field of organisational psychology, particularly on topics related to leadership, creativity and information, psychosocial work environment and bullying at work. He has co-edited “Bullying and emotional abuse in the workplace”, published by Taylor and Francis in 2003 and “Bullying in the workplace: Recent trends in research and practice” by Psychology Press in 2001. His work has appeared in journals such as, Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Work and Stress, Violence and Victims, European Journal of Work and Organisational Psychology, Aggressive Behavior and Journal of Manpower.
